Level 4/4P: Ages 10–14 (5th grade minimum; placement required)
Level 5: Ages 13–18 (8th grade minimum; placement required)
Level 6: Ages 14–18 (10th grade minimum; placement required)

Solid color leotard
Prima teachers prefer leotards without large mesh cutouts in the midriff and/or down the front center.
Ballet pink (a light flesh-colored pink) tights or solid color leggings
Ballet shoes or bare feet (depending on teacher preference)
Hair in a bun
Students must have their hair up in a slicked-back ballet bun (or off the face and neck for those with shorter hair).
