Turns, Leaps, and Tricks

This class is for the advanced dancer and focuses on proper technique for turns, leaps, and a variety of technical dance tricks. It is designed to challenge students in those areas.

• Ages 10–14

• Must be enrolled in ballet and jazz in level 5 and up

• Solid color leotard

  • Prima teachers prefer leotards without large mesh cutouts in the midriff and/or down the front center.

• Convertible tights or solid color leggings / shorts

• Bare feet

• Hair in a bun

  • Students must have their hair up in a slicked-back ballet bun (or off the face and neck for those with shorter hair).
